Eighteen Oaks Construction is named after our home in Carmel Valley, where eighteen heritage oak trees have stood for generations. The name reflects our company’s foundation in family, craftsmanship, and our community.

Founded by Joshua Rutt, a second-generation General Contractor, Eighteen Oaks Construction brings decades of building experience in every enclave of the Monterey Peninsula, along with additional building experience on the Big Island of Hawaii to our clients and neighbors.

We built our company with the dream to provide high-quality, reliable construction services with a personalized approach. Big or small, we take on projects from kitchen and bath refreshes to JADUs, ADUs, additions, remodels, and custom homes.
